These flags, previously carried by the Color Guard, were found to be non-Revolutionary and have been retired:

	9. Bennington Stars and Stripes Blue canton with a semi-circle of 11 stars, 1 star in upper corners and 13 red and white stripes. 76 at bottom

	38. Rhode Island Artillery - 1826 Yellow field with coiled snake, cannon, anchor. 13 Stars in Canton. Don't Tread On Me
	45. Ancient French Royal Banner Lafayette - Girardin White field with Fleur de lis in corners. Cartouche - blue field, royal arms with crown, wreath.
	46. French Bourban Royal Banner White field with 23 fleur de lis of gold.
