Standard of the Society of Sons of the Revolution

Two vertical buff stripes, of equal width, with a broad dark blue stripe between, the latter bearing the insignia of the Society in gold. The Society's flag was adopted by the Pennsylvania Society on 9 March 1891 from a design furnished by one of its members, George Cuthbert Gillespie. Less than a month later, on 4 April 1891, it was adopted by the General Society as the authorized standard of the national society.
