Description: Ladder back armchair with turned stiles, ball finials, five graduated slats and simply shaped rear legs. The removable rush seat enclosing a commode compartment, with deep commode skirt. Finely shaped arms with curving upper surface and undercut detail on lower surface (giving the impression of thickness at each end and extreme thinness at mid-arm), front legs with ball terminals and each side with two plain turned stretchers.
