The Treasurer
shall collect and keep the funds and securities of the Society. Out
of these funds he shall pay such sums as may be ordered by the Society
or the Board of Managers. He shall keep a true account of his receipts
and payments, and at each annual meeting render the same to the Society.
He shall give such security as shall be required by the Board of managers.
The Treasurer’s
accounts shall be audited annually by a certified public accountant.
The Assistant
Treasurer shall perform such of the duties of the Treasurer as shall
be assigned to him by the Treasurer or by the Board of Managers.
