Permitted Use of Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution Logos and Marks

Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution logos and trademarks identify the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution, and let the public know the source of the information contained herein. You may not use our logos or trademarks without the express written permission of the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution. Please make such requests in writing by mail or e-mail to the office at the following address:

In addition, you may not use Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution logos or trademarks, whether design or word marks, in the following ways:

• In a non-Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution product name or publication title.
• In, as, or as part of your own trademarks.
• To identify products or services that are not the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution's.
• In a manner likely to cause confusion.
• In a manner that implies inaccurately that we sponsor, endorse, or are otherwise connected with your own activities, products and services.
• In a manner that disparages the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution or its directors, officers or members.

Trademarks, as used in this section, also include logos, trade dress, style of doing business or in advertising.

Proper Attribution of Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution Logos and Trademarks

Permitted uses of the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution logos and trademarks must include the following brief statement attributing the logos and trademarks to the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution:

"The Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution, the PSSR medal and insignia are copyrighted by the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution and the General Society, Sons of the Revolution. All rights reserved."
