INDEPENDENT AUDITORS’ REPORT ON SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

To the Board of Managers

Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Our report on our audit of the basic financial statements of PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY OF SONS OF THE REVOLUTION for 1999, appears on page one.  That audit was made for the purpose of forming an opinion on the basic financial statements taken as a whole.  The supplemental information presented in Schedules I, II and III is presented for purposes of supplementary analysis and is not a required part of the basic financial statements.  The supplemental information has been subjected to the auditing procedures applied in the audit of the basic financial statements and, in our opinion, is fairly stated in all material respects in relation to the basic financial statements taken as a whole.
