The Officers
of the Society shall consist of a President, five (5) Vice Presidents,
Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Registrar,
Historian, Chaplain and Counselor, who shall be elected as here-in provided
for.
The Society
may elect as Officers for life with the title of President Emeritus,
and having such powers as may be vested in the members of the Board
of Managers, those persons who filled the office of President, and who
resigned therefrom, as well as those whose Presidential terms have expired.
Those living
persons previously elected by the Society as Officers for life with
the title of Honorary President, shall henceforth have the title of
President Emeritus.
